All of The Q Street Collective orders are shipped with Australia Standard Post Shipping. Customers should expect to receive their order within 2-5 Business Days. Alternatively, select PICK UP IN STORE and you can collect your item/s for FREE during business hours, 5 days a week or on Saturday mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Orders placed will be dispatched that business day where possible.
All orders are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your ordered item. However, on occasion items may not be available and in this instance, we will contact you and offer you an exchange, replacement size or a refund for the unavailable item.
Returns & Exchanges

– No returns, exchanges or refunds on final sale items
– Returns and exchanges are valid up to 14 days of purchase
– No refunds will be accepted through cash, credit card or afterpay
– Store credits will be given as a gift voucher or store credit
